Can I return an AI art print if I don't like it?

Our return policy is simple: if you're not happy, we fix it. That can mean a reprint in a different size, style, or framing; a full refund; or a credit toward a future order, depending on what you want.

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us something's wrong. Because every piece is custom-printed, we don't restock returned items — they don't go back into inventory — but we still don't charge restocking fees. The cost is on us; we'd rather eat the print than have you keep something you don't love.

For manufacturing defects (color issues, damage in transit, frame problems), we pay return shipping and expedite a replacement. For change-of-heart returns, we ask you to cover return shipping or simply donate the piece rather than mail it back.
