We don't have accounts, so there's nothing to sign in to. Your browser holds a private code that we use to recognise the photos and artwork it created — and nothing else. We store only a one-way hash of that code, so it can't be turned back into a list of who made what.

What this can and can't reach
- It deletes
- The photos you uploaded and the images we generated for you from this browser, their previews, and the prompt text stored alongside them.
- It keeps, and says so
- Anything you bought. We keep a purchased image so the print can be made or remade, and we keep the order record for seven years because tax and consumer law require it. You'll see the count rather than a silent skip.
- It can't reach
- Anything made before this page existed, which carries no code at all; anything created in a different browser or on another device, which has its own code; and data held by the companies that run our checkout, email and analytics. The policy lists them. For any of those, email privacy@portraits.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
