60 Custom Portraits for the Langley Wedding
A 60-guest wedding where every place setting had a framed portrait of the guest sitting at it.

Challenge
The Langleys wanted every guest at their Sonoma wedding to receive a one-of-a-kind portrait as a place-setting gift. The catch: the final guest list wasn't locked until 18 days before the ceremony. No traditional artist could take that kind of brief — the math simply doesn't work when a human needs six hours per piece.
Approach
We built a single shared generation queue for the wedding planner, with a styled preset locked in advance so all 60 pieces shared a visual language. Guests submitted a photo through a private link. Our production team color-matched the full run on a single paper stock and framed every piece in the same matte-black hardwood within a week.
Outcome
All 60 pieces were delivered, individually wrapped and labeled, four days before the event. Ten guests ordered additional pieces for themselves within a month. The Langleys have since referred three other wedding parties to us.
