What if my pet photo is blurry or low-quality?

Customers apologize for photos more than they need to. Our pipeline works well with low-resolution images (as low as 800 pixels wide), side-angle shots, and images taken in imperfect lighting. The AI process is generative, not photographic — we're not printing your photo, we're using it as a reference for rendering a stylized portrait.

What we actually need: the pet's face visible enough to recognize features, any distinctive markings included somewhere in the frame, and at least one photo with approximately natural lighting. Flash photos flatten the face and are less useful as references, but still workable.

When in doubt, upload a few photos. We'll pick the best reference and tell you if we need anything additional before starting.
